Spring Valley Hospital Give

Frank Kim Elementary School received a very generous gift of school supplies thanks to our Spring Valley Hospital support and staff. The Charles Marshall Foundation donated several supplies including calculators, scissors, tissues, and hand sanitizer. We are so thankful to help such a beautiful school.

Mark Fine ES GATE Program

Erin Murtaugh, GATE teacher at Mark Fine Elementary School made a WISH for several mind stimulating and fun games for her classroom. Q-Bitz, Battle Sheep, Mancala, Reversi, Mastermind, and Think Fun Knot So Fast are now part of her students game collection to make learning more fun! Her students were thrilled and so were we! We love getting thank yous from our friends. It is always our pleasure!

Jim Thorpe ES

Aaron Loghry, GATE teacher from Jim Thorpe Elementary School made a WISH for Propeller Buggy Kits for his gifted and talented students. These Propeller Buggy Kits provide students with a fun activity that will teach them about speed, power, and energy through a simple machine. This creative kit enables students to construct their own rubber band-powered prop racer – a vehicle that's a cross between a car and a plane. These kits will be an educational hit for his students. We can not wait for the follow up meeting to see these Buggy's in action!

Support a School Event

Our first annual "Support-a-School" event kick off was a success! On August 11, 2012 The Charles Marshall Foundation and Las Vegas Sells held a vendor event at The Orleans Arena.


Mark Fine Elementary

Mark Fine Elementary School teachers WISHed for new lined dry erase boards, dry erase markers, dry erase erasers, and clip boards. They were thrilled to have their WISH come true. These supplies will be used by Ms. Andino and other kindergarten teachers in the school to provide support for the classroom.

Backpack Give

The Charles Marshall Foundation donated over 500 backpacks to students!


Trike-a-Thon to Support St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital

The Charles Marshall Foundation supported a Trike-a-Thon to raise funds for St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital. St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital is leading the way the world understands, treats and defeats childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases. The event was so much fun! We truley enjoyed watching the children race around to raise money for such a great cause.

American Heart Association Heart Walk

The Charles Marshall Foundation walked for HEARTS! We supported the American Heart Association Heart Walk to raise money and awareness for heart health and stroke awareness.

Foster Kinship Backpack Give

The Charles Marshall Foundation supported Foster Kinship by donating 200 backpacks to their children whose parents are unable to care for them, most often due to incarceration, drug abuse, domestic violence, or death. Foster Kinship is a local nonprofit exclusively focused on serving kinship families and the over 19,000 children in kinship care in Nevada. They improve outcomes for children in kinship care by strengthening kinship caregivers’ capacity to provide safe, permanent, and nurturing homes for children. Such a wonderful organization! We were so happy to help support their back to school event. These backpacks will definitely help these children start off their school year on the right foot!

City of Las Vegas Cultural Arts Hamlet Performance and Appreciation

The Charles Marshall Foundation provided 300 Hamlet books for middle and high school Clark County School District students.Teachers reviewed these books with their students so they could attend a live performance of the play. The City of Las Vegas Theatre Specialist Joe O'Neill brought the Utah Shakespeare Festival's touring theatrical group to perform live for these students as part of an Arts Connection Program. After the performance the students were able to speak with the performers and have a question and answer session. The students absolutley loved the play. The performance was beautifully performed and had a slight emphasis of anti-bullying. Job well done!
After the performance The Charles Marshall Foundation was recognized by the City of Las Vegas for our generous donation of 300 copies of the Hamlet book to Clark County School District students. We were very privledged for partnering with the Clark County School District and the City of Las Vegas to encourage education through performing arts! We are so thankful!

Las Vegas Rescue Mission Medication Give

The Las Vegas Rescue Mission received cases of medication to provide some relief for our homeless community. Items included allergy relief, pain relief patches and medications, bandages, antibiotic spray/ointment, various children's medication, antifungals, alcohol, peroxide, nasal spray, saline spray, stomach relief, antacids, cough relief, cold/flu medication, and more. These items are listed as most needed for their services. 

Make A Wish Foundation Backpack Support

Make A Wish Foundation received 300 backpacks along with travel goodies from The Charles Marshall Foundation for their children who travel for medical treatments to make their journey on their road to recovery a little more comfortable.


Las Vegas High School Women's "Crossfit" Gym Give

The Charles Marshall Foundation gave a significant gift of a Women's "Crossfit" Gym to Las Vegas High School for their students. The gym will assist in providing necessary equipment for their women's athletic teams.


Will Beckley Elementary Teaching Supply In Kind Donation

The Charles Marshall Foundation provided boxes and boxes of teaching supplies for Will Beckley Elementary School. The gently used items were donated by teachers across Clark County from Caring Is Sharing Consignment.


Baby's Bounty Donation

The Charles Marshall Foundation provided essential baby items including convertible car seats, diapers, Pack N' Plays, diaper bags, bath tubs, and infant carriers for Baby's Bounty for their low income families for their safety and well-being.


Southwest Career and Technical Academy

The Charles Marshall Foundation purchased equipment for the Repiratory Therapy Program at Southwest Career and Technical Academy so students may experience hands on education in their classroom. This will better prepare them for real life experience in their field.


Nevada Pep Computer Give

The Charles Marshall Foundation donated 6 brand new ALL IN ONE Gateway computers for Nevada Pep staff. These computers will allow the organization to continue to educate families with disabilities in our community. 


AHEPA Sponsorship and Scholarship

The Charles Marshall Foundation sponsored the AHEPA (American Hellenic Education Progressive Association), Las Vegas Chapter 314 by providing 2 scholarships to local students and providing supplies to St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox School.


Supporting Cultural Education at St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church

The Folk Dance Program ar St. John the Baptist Greek Orthodox Church is an opportunity for kids of all ages to preserve their Greek heritage by learning dances, language, culture, and music from regions throughout Greece.


Green Valley High School Theatre Donation

A Million Kinds of Love is a show that Green Valley High School theatre students wrote through the Lovewell process. Lovewell is an organization that believes in the arts and wants to teach students all aspects of theatre. The story was written to inspire students and to teach them how to love and not hate by bullying.


Will Beckley Camera Give

The Charles Marshall Foundation provides for learning opportunity for Will Beckley Elementary School Art Class.


Ruth Fyfe Elementary

Ruth Fyfe Elementary school was in need of new text books.  Their text books were eleven years old.  Mrs. Kuperberg, a teacher from Ruth Fyfe Elementary school submitted a Wish on our Wish List and they received brand new Journey's Reading Series books for their entire school. 


Will Beckley Elementary School Safe Windows Donation

The Charles Marshall Foundation and Education Integrated Marketing (EdIM) commit resources for school safety.
