Las Vegas High School Women's "Crossfit" Gym Give

The Charles Marshall Foundation gave a significant gift of a Women's "Crossfit" Gym to Las Vegas High School for their students. The gym will assist in providing necessary equipment for their women's athletic teams.

"I am very excited about adding the "Crossfit" Women's Gym to the Las Vegas High School campus," said Debbie Brocket, Las Vegas High School Principal. "This gym is going to provide the opportunity for the females on campus to get the same health benefits from weights and fitness as the males have been getting for years through their gym. It is vital that both girls and guys find the love of fitness when they are young, as it is a life of choice that they will carry with them into the future."

Las Vegas High School also received 18 acrylic cubes requested by their art department to display students art work in the main office.

Las Vegas High School was the final destination in Our Community Promise Day of Giving, which provided nearly $23,000 worth of much needed supplies to several CCSD schools and nonprofit organizations throughout Las Vegas.
